恩诺沙星缓释颗粒的处方筛选及体外释放的研究

【摘要】：目的制备恩诺沙星(enrofl oxacin)缓释颗粒,并对其体外释药情况进行研究。方法采用热熔融法制备缓释颗粒,通过单因素实验考察处方因素对恩诺沙星缓释颗粒制备和释放度的影响,并对其释药机理进行了初步探讨。结果确定最优处方为:恩诺沙星:石蜡:磷酸氢钙=1:1:0.4,EC包衣增重2%,制备温度20~30℃。结论恩诺沙星缓释颗粒的处方合理,制备工艺简单,重现性好,在体外释放药持续、缓慢、平稳。
