【摘要】:正利奈唑胺是时间依赖性抗生素,与临床疗效相关的药动学参数包括血药浓度高于最低抑菌浓度(MIC)的时间百分比(%TMIC)和用药达稳态时24 h血药时曲线下面积与MIC的比值(AUC24/MIC)。一项回顾性研究结果显示,如果利奈唑胺血药浓度在整个给药间期均维持在MIC之上,或者AUC24/MIC为80至120,临床治疗成功率更高。但最近一些研究结果显示,部分患者利奈唑胺谷浓度低于利奈唑
[Abstract]:Rnazolidomide is a time dependent antibiotic. The pharmacokinetic parameters related to the clinical efficacy included the percentage of time (% TMIC) in which the serum drug concentration was higher than the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the ratio of area to MIC (AUC24/MIC) under the blood drug time curve at 24 h when the drug reached steady state. A retrospective study showed that the clinical success rate was higher if the plasma concentration of linazolamide remained above MIC throughout the administration period or if AUC24/MIC was between 80 and 120. However, some recent studies have shown that some patients have lower concentrations of linazolamide than those of Linenazole.
