静脉用药调配中心药品报损的原因分析及其改进对策

【摘要】：目的:分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药品报损的原因及其改进对策。方法:统计整理PIVAS上半年药品报损情况并分析其报损原因,改善工作流程,定期对分析结果分享交流,制订改进措施以降低报损率。结果:避免同类差错重复出现,降低药品损耗率,减少处理本类事件的时间,提高了PIVAS工作人员的工作效率,大大降低了药品报损金额,减少了不必要的浪费。结论:通过分析其原因和对策,降低了药品报损金额,保证了患者用药的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the cause and improvement of (PIVAS) drug damage in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods: the situation of drug reported damage in PIVAS in the first half of the year was analyzed, the work flow was improved, the results of analysis were shared and exchanged regularly, and the improvement measures were worked out to reduce the reported loss rate. Results: to avoid the recurrence of similar errors, reduce the rate of drug loss, reduce the time to deal with this kind of events, improve the work efficiency of PIVAS staff, greatly reduce the amount of drug loss, and reduce unnecessary waste. Conclusion: by analyzing the causes and countermeasures, the sum of money reported for drug loss can be reduced, and the safety of drug use can be ensured.
