Ⅰ类手术患者围术期抗菌药物应用目标性监测分析

【摘要】：目的探讨甲状腺、乳腺Ⅰ类手术患者围术期实施医院感染目标监测对降低抗菌药物使用的效果。方法分别选取2010年1-9月甲状腺、乳腺手术患者497例作为对照组,2010年10月-2013年11月511例为观察组,自2010年10月起由医院感染科与药学部联合对患者围术期抗菌药物使用进行调查,统计两组患者联合用药,并记录两组患者术前、术后用药时间以及感染发生率,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组患者采取一联用药占88.65%,明显高于对照组59.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者发生手术部位感染28例占5.48%,对照组为45例占9.05%,观察组明显少于对照组;所有观察组患者均在术前30min~2h使用抗菌药物,而对照组患者中术前用药时间2h有83.50%;观察组患者术后用药时间≥3d占3.84%,明显小于对照组82.29%的比例,上述两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过医院感染目标性监测可有效降低甲状腺、乳腺围术期抗菌药物的多联应用,缩短用药时间,并降低感染发生率,有效保证了抗菌药物合理应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of nosocomial infection target monitoring in patients undergoing thyroid and mammary gland type I surgery on reducing the use of antimicrobial agents. Methods 497 patients with breast surgery were selected as control group from January to September 2010, and 511 patients from October 2010 to November 2013 were selected as observation group.
