三氧化二砷注射液毒性防治策略研究进展

【摘要】:砷是众所周知的一类致癌源,能诱发多种癌症,但其衍生物三氧化二砷(arsenic trioxide,As2O3)却是一种很有潜力的抗癌物,对于急性早幼粒白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)等多种肿瘤均具有良好的治疗效果。但As2O3毒性反应较强,这使其临床应用受到限制。因此,预防As2O3在治疗过程中产生的毒副作用越来越得到重视。目前有研究显示可通过改良给药方式、与其他药物联合应用、更新药物剂型等方式来降低其不良反应发生。笔者结合国内外相关文献就防治As2O3毒副作用的实验和临床进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:Arsenic is a well-known carcinogen that can induce many kinds of cancers, but its derivative arsenic trioxide (arsenic trioxide,As2O3) is a potential anticancer agent for acute promyelocytic leukemia (acute promyelocytic leukemia,). APL) and other tumors have good therapeutic effect. However, the toxicity of As2O3 is strong, which limits its clinical application. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the prevention of toxic side effects of As2O3 in the course of treatment. Recent studies have shown that adverse reactions can be reduced by improved administration, combined use with other drugs, and renewal of drug formulations. The experimental and clinical progress in the prevention and treatment of toxic and side effects of As2O3 was reviewed in combination with the relevant literature at home and abroad.
