亚抑菌浓度头孢他啶对临床尿管分离大肠埃希菌生物膜的作用

【摘要】:目的研究亚抑菌浓度头孢他啶对临床尿管分离大肠埃希菌生物膜形成的作用。方法采用琼脂平板倍比稀释法检测大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度,双纸片协同法检测大肠埃希菌产超广谱β内酰胺酶(extended spectrum beta-lactamases,ESBLs)的能力,菌落计数法分析细菌的粘附能力,96孔板结晶紫染色法检测细菌生物膜的形成。结果临床分离大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟和哌拉西林具有较高的耐药性,对阿米卡星、亚胺培南和美洛培南全部敏感。大肠埃希菌ESBLs阳性率为73.3%。1/4 MIC头孢他啶对大肠埃希菌生物膜形成均有抑制作用,生物膜形成能力降低8.7%~58.0%。除了大肠埃希菌E11和E15差异不显著外(P0.05),亚抑菌浓度头孢他啶对其他14株菌的生物膜均有显著的抑制效果(P0.05)。结论亚抑菌浓度头孢他啶可抑制临床尿管分离的大肠埃希菌生物膜形成,但其抑制程度具有菌株差异性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of ceftazidime on biofilm formation of Escherichia coli isolated from clinical urinary catheter. Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli and the ability of producing extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamase (extended spectrum beta-lactamases,ESBLs were detected by Agar plate dilution method and double disk synergy method. The adhesion ability of bacteria was analyzed by colony counting method and the formation of bacterial biofilm was detected by 96 hole plate crystal violet staining. Results the clinical isolates of Escherichia coli showed high resistance to ampicillin, cefoperazone, cefotaxime and piperacillin, and were all sensitive to amikacin, imipenem and meropenem. The ESBLs positive rate of Escherichia coli was 73.3%. 1 / 4 MIC ceftazidime inhibited the biofilm formation of Escherichia coli, and the ability of biofilm formation decreased by 8.7% and 58.0%. Except Escherichia coli E11 and E15, ceftazidime had significant inhibitory effect on the biofilm of other 14 strains (P0.05). Conclusion Ceftazidime can inhibit the biofilm formation of Escherichia coli isolated by clinical urinary catheter, but its inhibition degree is different.
