建立光纤传感μSI-LOV测定缬沙坦胶囊含量的新方法

【摘要】:目的:建立一种快速,准确,自动化的光纤传感μSI-LOV(顺序注射-阀上实验室)测定缬沙坦胶囊含量的新方法。方法:建立光纤传感μSI-LOV系统,在丙酮溶剂中氯冉酸与缬沙坦发生专属荷移,屏蔽辅料干扰。通过系统编程,优化实验条件,自动化测定缬沙坦胶囊的含量。结果:优选条件:吸入顺序依次为丙酮、缬沙坦、氯冉酸、缬沙坦及丙酮,缬沙坦前后吸入体积比为3∶2,缬沙坦总吸入体积为200μL,氯冉酸吸入体积为20μL,缬沙坦的荷移吸光度与质量浓度在0.064~0.32 mg·m L-1范围内的线性关系为:A=1.497C+0.302,r=0.999 8,精密度RSD为0.337%,回收率96.2%~102.9%,平均每粒含量为81.10 mg,占标示量101.27%,与HPLC法比较无显著差异,P0.05。结论:本方法通过制定个性化编程,实现自动化快速分析,重复性好,试剂用量少,分析效率高,成本低,方法可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a rapid, accurate and automatic optical fiber sensing 渭 SI-LOV method for the determination of valsartan capsules. Methods: the optical fiber sensing 渭 SI-LOV system was established, and the exclusive charge transfer between chloranilic acid and valsartan was observed in acetone solvent, and the interference of auxiliary materials was shielded. The content of valsartan capsule was determined automatically by systematic programming and optimization of experimental conditions. Results: the order of inhalation was acetone, valsartan, chloranilic acid, valsartan and acetone. The volume ratio of valsartan to valsartan was 3: 2, the total volume of valsartan was 200 渭 L, the volume of chloranilic acid was 20 渭 L. The linear relationship between the charge transfer absorbance of valsartan and the mass concentration of valsartan in the range of 0.064 ~ 0.32 mg 路mL ~ (-1) was as follows: An 1.497C 0.302C 0.302C ~ (0.302L) 0.999 ~ 8, the precision RSD = 0.337. the recovery rate was 96.2n ~ 102.9%. The average grain content per seed was 81.10 mg, and 101.27%, which had no significant difference compared with HPLC method (P 0.05). Conclusion: this method has the advantages of rapid automatic analysis, good reproducibility, low reagent dosage, high efficiency, low cost and reliability.
