一种一元制剂过氧乙酸消毒液相关性能研究

【摘要】:目的研究一种过氧乙酸一元制剂杀菌效果及理化性能,为实际消毒应用提供参考依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法 ,对该一元过氧乙酸消毒液消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该一元过氧乙酸原液含量为55 g/L,属于低浓度稳定制剂。用浓度为2 000 mg/L的该过氧乙酸消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值6.50,杀灭率为100%。浓度为2 000 mg/L的该过氧乙酸消毒液浸泡144 h对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝和铜分别为中度腐蚀和重度腐蚀。该一元过氧乙酸消毒液于54℃储存12 d,其浓度下降率5.0%。结论该一元型过氧乙酸消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定。

Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis were used to observe the disinfectant properties of the monobasic peracetic acid disinfectant. Results the content of the monobasic peracetic acid was 55 g / L, which was a low concentration stable preparation. The concentration of 2 000 mg/L peracetic acid disinfection solution was used to kill Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Clostridium perfringens and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension for 5 min,. The peracetic acid disinfectant with concentration of 2 000 mg/L had no corrosion on stainless steel for 144h, moderate corrosion and severe corrosion on carbon steel, aluminum and copper, respectively.
