我院抗菌药物致不良反应111例分析

【摘要】:目的:了解我院抗菌药物致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点与规律,并探讨有效的防治措施,为临床安全、合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:收集我院2012-2014年上报国家ADR监测中心的抗菌药物致ADR报告111份,对抗菌药物引发ADR所涉及的患者年龄与性别、给药途径、药品种类以及累及器官/系统和临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果:10岁患儿和60岁老年患者ADR发生率最高,分别占27.93%、25.23%;抗菌药物静脉给药途径ADR发生率最高,占84.68%;头孢菌素类药物引发的ADR最多,占26.13%;抗菌药物所致ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件损害,占44.92%。结论:临床药师可以此为切入点向临床医师、护士提供技术支持,防止ADR的重复发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by antimicrobial agents in our hospital, and to explore effective preventive and therapeutic measures to provide references for clinical safety and rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods: one hundred and eleven cases of ADR caused by antimicrobial agents were collected and reported to the National ADR Surveillance Center in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. The age and sex of patients involved in ADR caused by antimicrobial agents and the route of administration were analyzed. Drug types, involved organs / systems and clinical manifestations were analyzed and analyzed. Results: the incidence of ADR in 10 years old children and 60 years old patients was the highest (27.93% 25.23), the incidence of ADR in intravenous administration of antibiotics was the highest (84.68%), the incidence of ADR induced by cephalosporins was the highest (26.13%). ADR caused by antimicrobial agents mainly involved skin and adnexal damage, accounting for 44.92%. Conclusion: clinical pharmacists can provide technical support to clinicians and nurses to prevent recurrence of ADR.
