药学干预在医院美罗培南不合理使用管理中的作用

【摘要】：目的:探讨药学干预在医院超常使用药品美罗培南管理中的影响。方法:回顾性分析药师干预前后美罗培南处方合理使用、使用量和使用金额等相关数据,并进行统计分析。结果:药师起草院内药品合理使用规范,明确6条使用标准。药学干预前后美罗培南处方合理使用率极显著上升(P0.01)。与同期相比,美罗培南使用频度比和金额比在干预后有显著性降低。结论:药学干预在医院药品合理使用管理中不可或缺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on the management of meropenem in hospital. Methods: the data of rational use, usage and amount of meropenem before and after intervention by pharmacists were analyzed retrospectively. Results: pharmacists drafted the standard of rational use of drugs in the hospital and defined 6 standards. The rational use rate of meropenem increased significantly before and after pharmacological intervention (P 0.01). Compared with the same period, the ratio of use frequency and amount of meropenem decreased significantly after intervention. Conclusion: pharmaceutical intervention is indispensable in the management of rational use of drugs in hospitals.
