【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女性,73岁,主因"经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后3年,胸闷、气短伴头晕1d",于2016-04-11就诊于我院。入院后查体:体温36.7℃,脉搏77次/min,呼吸19次/min,血压176/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa);双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿性Up音及胸膜摩擦音;心界扩大,心室率77次/min,律齐,心音有力,二尖瓣听诊区可闻及3/6级收缩
