基于层次分析法的临床研究协调员胜任特征模型研究

【摘要】:本文旨在构建临床研究协调员胜任特征模型并确定各特征要素的权重。通过文献研究、工作分析,结合专家意见构建临床研究协调员胜任特征模型,共分为知识、技能、特质、动机4个一级指标和23个二级指标,运用Satty 9标标度法请专家对各项胜任特征进行两两比较,通过层次分析法软件Yaahp确定各项胜任特征的权重。按照层次分析结果,将权重大于0.05的胜任特征定义为关键胜任特征。成为一名合格的临床研究协调员的关键胜任特征包括责任心、临床试验操作流程SOP、成就导向、试验相关资料、服务导向、严谨细致、主动性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct the competency model of clinical research coordinator and determine the weight of each feature element. Through literature research, work analysis and expert opinion, the competency model of clinical research coordinator is constructed, which is divided into four primary indexes of knowledge, skill, trait, motivation and 23 secondary indexes. By using Satty 9 scale method, experts are asked to compare each competency, and the weight of each competency is determined by the analytic hierarchy process software Yaahp. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the competency with weight greater than 0.05 is defined as the key competency. The key competencies of becoming a qualified clinical research coordinator include responsibility, SOP, achievement orientation of clinical trial procedure, test related materials, service orientation, rigor and meticulous, initiative.
