热分析法在药物多晶型研究中的应用

【摘要】：本文主要综述了近年来热分析法在药物质量分析研究中多晶型方面的应用及发展前景。热分析技术是测定药物在一定受热条件下发生相变的快速简便的工具,通过判断药物稳定晶型和亚稳态晶型的热效应不同来进行研究,并可通过一定的分析手段进行定性定量研究。它具有操作方法简便,成本低,结果精确度及准确度高,在药物多晶型分析研究中具有重要意义,受到国内外越来越多的重视,具有广大的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application and prospect of thermal analysis in drug quality analysis are reviewed. Thermal analysis is a rapid and convenient tool for the determination of phase transition of drugs under certain heating conditions. The thermal effects of stable and metastable crystalline forms of drugs are determined to be different. The qualitative and quantitative study can be carried out by certain means of analysis. It has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high accuracy and accuracy. It is of great significance in the analysis of polycrystalline forms of drugs. It has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad, and has a broad application prospect.
