我院159例抗菌药物致不良反应报告分析

【摘要】:目的:了解我院抗菌药物所致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:对我院2011-2013年上报的159例抗菌药物致ADR报告,按患者的性别及年龄、科室分布、给药途径、涉及药品种类、联合用药情况、ADR累及器官/系统及临床表现等进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:0~10岁患儿和60岁老年患者ADR发生率最高,分别占23.90%、34.59%;抗菌药物静脉给药途径ADR发生率最高,占86.16%;头孢菌素类药物发生的ADR最多,占30.82%;联合用药致ADR高达31.45%;抗菌药物所致ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件损害,占32.08%。结论:医疗机构应加强抗菌药物ADR的报告和监测工作,确保患者用药安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by antimicrobial agents in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods: 159 cases of ADR caused by antimicrobial agents were reported in our hospital from 2011 to 2013. According to the sex and age of the patients, the distribution of the department, the way of administration, the kinds of drugs involved, and the situation of combined use of drugs, the results were as follows: 1. ADR involved organs / systems and clinical manifestations were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the incidence of ADR was the highest in children aged 10 years old and 60 years old, accounting for 23.900.59%, the incidence of ADR in intravenous administration of antibiotics was the highest (86.16%), the incidence of ADR in cephalosporins was the highest (30.82%). ADR caused by combined use was 31.455.The ADR caused by antimicrobial agents mainly involved skin and its adnexal damage, accounting for 32.08. Conclusion: medical institutions should strengthen the reporting and monitoring of antimicrobial ADR to ensure the safety of drug use.
