自动电位滴定仪标定碘滴定液

【摘要】:目的建立以自动电位滴定仪标定碘滴定液(0.05mol·L-1)的方法。方法采用ZD-3A型自动电位滴定仪,以213型铂电极为指示电极,以231Q9型玻璃电极为参比电极,预设好终点电位,精密量取碘滴定液(0.05mol·L-1)20m L,加水100m L,调节搅拌速度,加盐酸溶液(9→100)1m L,按"自动滴定",快速加入硫代硫酸钠滴定液(0.1mol·L-1)约为预计体积的85%,再自动滴定至滴定终点。结果本法操作简单,滴定时间短,与中国药典2015年版标定方法标定的浓度值很接近,两者偏差不大于0.01%;连续测定3次9份滴定液浓度的RSD不超过0.07%;室温下待测溶液在30min内基本稳定。结论本方法简便快速、准确稳定,可用于碘滴定液的标定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for calibration of iodine titration solution (0.05mol 路L-1) by automatic potentiometer. Methods ZD- 3A automatic potential titrator, 213 platinum electrode as indicator electrode and 231Q9 glass electric reference electrode as reference electrode were used. The end point potential was preset. The concentration of iodine titrator (0.05mol 路L-1) was 20 mL and water was added to 100 mL. Adjust the stirring speed, add hydrochloric acid solution (9 渭 100) mL, according to "automatic titration", quickly add sodium thiosulfate titration solution (0.1mol 路L-1) to about 85% of the predicted volume, and then automatically titrate to the end point of titration. Results the method was simple in operation and short in titration time, which was close to the calibration concentration of 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the deviation was less than 0.01%, and the RSD of 9 titrates was not more than 0.07%, and the concentration of titrate was less than 0.07%. The solution to be measured is basically stable in 30min at room temperature. Conclusion the method is simple, rapid, accurate and stable, and can be used for the calibration of iodine titration solution.
