基于Citespace的青蒿素文献可视化分析

【摘要】：青蒿素是目前治疗疟疾的特效药,本文通过Citespace可视化软件对Web of Science数据库中收录的1974年-2015年青蒿素研究论文进行共被引分析,对从论文的关键词、合作作者、合作国家、论文合作机构以及论文期刊等方面进行了文献计量分析。通过分析发现3个主要的合作作者的聚类,8个主要研究领域,2个明显的合作机构聚类,5个主要合作国家,7篇被引频次较高的文献和5个被引频次较高的论文期刊。总体而言,药理学、热带医学和化学领域是青蒿素研究的主要涉及领域。文献作者、合作机构以及论文期刊所属的国家多集中于美国、英国和泰国。
[Abstract]:Artemisinin is a specific drug for malaria treatment at present. In this paper, the artemisinin research papers from 1974 to 2015 included in Web of Science database are cited and analyzed by Citespace visualization software, and the key words, co-authors and cooperative countries of the thesis are analyzed. Papers cooperation organizations and papers journals and other aspects of the bibliometric analysis. Through the analysis, it is found that the cluster of three main co-authors, eight main research areas, two obvious clusters of cooperative institutions, five main cooperative countries, seven documents with higher citation frequency and five papers and periodicals with higher citation frequency. In general, pharmacology, tropical medicine and chemistry are the main areas of artemisinin research. The authors, collaborators and countries to which papers and journals belong are concentrated in the United States, the United Kingdom and Thailand.
