生殖药理学的回顾和进展

【摘要】：正1960年,随着第一个女用复方口服甾体激素避孕药Enovid在美国上市,人类开启了自由掌握生殖权利的新篇章,同时也开辟了药理学中的一个新领域——生殖药理学。20世纪七八十年代,随着一系列甾体激素化合物相继合成,生育调节和激素替代治疗药物的研发成为热点,生殖药理学的学科发展也进入繁盛时期。我国20世纪五六十年代启动了甾体激素用于避孕的研究。1978年,为促进避孕药(具)的发展,成立了上海市计划生育科学研究所。1990年成立了中国药理学会生殖药理学专业委员
[Abstract]:In 1960, with the launch of the first female compound oral steroid hormone contraceptive Enovid in the United States, humans opened a new chapter in the free control of reproductive rights. At the same time, it also opened up a new field of pharmacology-reproductive pharmacology. In the 1970s and 1980s, with the synthesis of a series of steroid hormone compounds one after another, the research and development of fertility regulation and hormone replacement therapy drugs became a hot spot. The subject of reproductive pharmacology has also entered a prosperous period. In the 1950s and 1960s, the research on the use of steroids in contraceptives was launched in China. In 1978, in order to promote the development of contraceptive, Shanghai Institute of Family Planning Science was established. In 1990, the Professional Committee of Reproductive Pharmacology of the Chinese Pharmacological Society was established.
