气道吸入中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂对颅脑损伤误吸致肺损伤大鼠炎性因子及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】：正颅脑损伤(Brain injury)患者咽反射消失,食物或口咽分泌物容易误吸进入肺内,导致急性吸入性肺损伤(Acute lung injury,ALI),处理不及时还可能出现急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS),甚至造成患者死亡~([1])。目前颅脑损伤继发肺损伤发病机制尚不明确,可能与活化中性粒细胞(Polymorphonulear leukocyte,PMN)释放细胞因子与过度炎症反应密切相
[Abstract]:In patients with positive craniocerebral injury (Brain injury), pharyngeal reflex disappears, food or oral and pharyngeal secretions are easy to be sucked into the lung by mistake, resulting in acute inhaled lung injury (Acute lung injury,ALI). (ARDS), may also appear in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) if it is not treated in time. It even causes the death of the patient ~ ([1]). At present, the pathogenesis of lung injury secondary to craniocerebral injury is not clear, which may be closely related to the release of cytokines from activated neutrophils (Polymorphonulear leukocyte,PMN) and excessive inflammatory reaction.
