某眼科诊疗中心2013-2015年药物利用分析

【摘要】：目的:了解大型眼科诊疗中心的用药构成,指导和加强眼科用药的药事管理。方法:调取某大型眼科诊疗中心2013-2015年眼科用药的销售金额和销售数量等数据,采用销售金额、限定日剂量和用药频度分析的方法,进行数据处理、分析及评价。结果:该中心眼科用药共涉及五大类26亚类135个品规,眼科其他用药占眼科用药总销售金额的56.70%,占总销售数量的52.42%;人工泪液、眼润滑剂和收敛药的销售金额及销售数量均排名第1;抗细菌药物是最常用的眼部感染用药;眼用抗炎药以其他抗炎药为主,糖皮质激素为辅;青光眼用药中的前列腺素类似物和碳酸酐酶抑制剂等的序号比(B/A)0.5。国产眼科药品占药品总销售金额的57.77%,占总销售数量的69.42%。眼科用药的基本药物仅占总销售金额的7.92%。局部外用抗菌药物使用率门诊30.00%,住院94.00%。激素冲击疗法不良反应发生率为17.19%。结论:辅助用药应成为眼科用药药事管理的重点;应加强眼用抗细菌药、前列腺素类似物、糖皮质激素的专科用药管理,促进其合理使用;国产药品占据眼科用药主流,但研发有待加强;眼科基本药物供应短缺,亟待充实基本药物目录。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the composition of drug use in large ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment center, and to guide and strengthen the drug management of ophthalmic drug use. Methods: the data of sales amount and quantity of ophthalmic drugs used in a large ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment center from 2013 to 2015 were collected, and the data were processed, analyzed and evaluated by means of sales amount, limited daily dose and frequency analysis. Results: there were 135 ophthalmic drugs in five categories and 26 subcategories. Other ophthalmic drugs accounted for 56.70% of the total sales amount of ophthalmic drugs, accounting for 52.42% of the total sales volume. The sales amount and quantity of artificial tears, eye moisturizers and convergent drugs ranked first. Antibacterial drugs were the most commonly used drugs for eye infection.
