辛伐他汀通过增加脂联素及其受体的表达改善高脂饮食引起的肾脏损伤
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the new mechanism of simvastatin in protecting kidney injury induced by high fat diet. Methods: female SD rats were randomly divided into standard diet group, high-fat diet group and simvastatin treatment group, high-fat diet group and simvastatin treatment group were given high-fat diet for 20 weeks, the latter was given simvastatin ~ (10 mg/ (kg 路d) intragastrically for 8 weeks. The pathological changes of blood lipid and kidney, the expression of adiponectin, adiponectin receptor R1, R2, (AMPK), peroxisome proliferator activated receptor 伪 (PPAR 伪), glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) and transcription factor GADD153 (CHOP) in kidney were analyzed. Results: in the high fat diet group, the levels of physique and blood lipid were significantly increased, the expression of adiponectin and its receptor was significantly down-regulated, the phosphorylation of AMPK 伪 was decreased, the expression of PAPAR 伪 was decreased, and the expression of GRP78 and CHOP genes was significantly up-regulated. The above indexes were significantly improved in simvastatin treatment group. Conclusion: simvastatin may improve renal injury induced by high fat by increasing the expression of adiponectin and its receptor in kidney and reducing endoplasmic reticulum stress.
