注射用两性霉素B与不同厂家5%葡萄糖注射液的配伍稳定性考察

【摘要】:目的:考察注射用两性霉素B与不同厂家的5%葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性影响因素,为注射用两性霉素B选择合适的溶剂载体提供可靠的依据。方法:注射用两性霉素B与不同厂家(A、B、C、D、E厂家)的5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后,在避光条件下,室温(25℃)放置0、1、2、4、6、8 h,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,测定样品中两性霉素B的含量变化,同时观察样品溶液的性状、澄明度、p H值变化。结果:随着放置时间的延长,两性霉素B与p H4.2的5%葡萄糖注射液配伍均出现不溶性杂质,主药含量明显下降。只有A厂家的5%葡萄糖注射液符合与两性霉素B的配伍要求。结论:两性霉素B与5%葡萄糖注射液的配伍稳定性与溶剂的p H值密切相关,建议溶剂生产厂家在药品说明书中注明其p H值,以便临床在使用类似药品时选择合适的溶剂,安全用药。
