上海市孕期家庭吸烟现状及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的调查上海市孕妇吸烟及被动吸烟现状,从健康、经济两个角度分析上海市孕期家庭(孕妇、配偶及其他同住家人)吸烟情况,为孕期家庭的控烟策略提供优化依据。方法 2014年6—10月,选取在上海市3家妇产医院进行产前检查及健康教育的孕妇作为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷完成调查,问卷内容包括社会人口学信息、本人及家庭成员吸烟及健康状况。结果所调查的812名孕妇的吸烟率为0.98%,孕妇配偶吸烟率为38.79%,其他同住家人吸烟率为33.58%。孕妇健康状况是影响孕妇吸烟的主要因素(P0.05);而家庭人均月收入是影响其配偶吸烟的主要因素(P0.05)。结论孕期家庭吸烟情况受孕妇健康及家庭经济状况的影响;针对孕期家庭的控烟工作,可以采取个性化的干预策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of smoking and passive smoking among pregnant women in Shanghai, and to analyze the smoking status of pregnant women, spouses and other family members during pregnancy in Shanghai from the two aspects of health and economy. Methods from June to October of 2014, pregnant women who had prenatal examination and health education in 3 maternity hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the research objects. A self-designed questionnaire was used to complete the survey, which included social demographic information, smoking and health status of myself and family members. Results the smoking rate of 812 pregnant women was 0.98%. The smoking rate of pregnant women's spouses was 38.79 and the smoking rate of other family members was 33.58.The health status of pregnant women was the main factor influencing the smoking of pregnant women. The average monthly income of the family is the main factor affecting the smoking of their spouses (P0.050.Conclusion the situation of family smoking during pregnancy is affected by the health of pregnant women and the economic situation of their families; Individualized intervention strategies can be adopted for smoking control in pregnant families.
