香烟烟雾染毒对雄性大鼠睾丸组织一氧化氮水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨香烟烟雾染毒对大鼠睾丸组织结构及睾丸组织一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法清洁级成年雄性SD大鼠160只,分为对照组和低、中、高剂量染毒组,各组大鼠分别染毒2、4、6、8、12周,每组10只。染毒组采用呼吸道静式染毒,每天1次,每次0.5h。观察大鼠睾丸组织结构,检测各组大鼠体质量及睾丸组织NO水平。结果染毒4、6、8、12周时,中、高剂量染毒组大鼠体质量与对照组和低剂量组相比均明显降低(P0.05),染毒8、12周时,高剂量染毒组大鼠体质量与中剂量组相比明显降低(P0.05),并且随着染毒剂量的增加,降低更加明显。染毒2、4、6、8周时,高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织NO水平与对照组和低、中剂量组相比均明显升高(P0.05);染毒8周时,中剂量组大鼠睾丸组织NO水平与对照组相比明显升高(P0.05);染毒12周时,低、中、高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织NO水平与对照组相比均明显升高(P0.05),中、高剂量组大鼠睾丸组织NO水平与低剂量组相比明显升高(P0.05)。结论香烟烟雾染毒可致雄性大鼠睾丸组织NO水平升高,导致雄性大鼠睾丸组织损伤。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cigarette smoke exposure on testicular tissue structure and testicular tissue of rats (NO) were investigated. Methods clean adult male SD 160 rats were divided into control group and low, high dose group, the rats were exposed to 2,4,6,8,12 weeks, 10 rats in each group. The treated group with static respiratory tract inhalation, 1 times a day, to observe the testicular tissue structure of rat 0.5H. every time, the level of NO body weight and testicular tissue of rats was detected. Results after 4,6,8,12 weeks of age, body mass, high dose treated rats compared with control group and low dose group were significantly decreased (P0.05), after 8,12 weeks high dose group, rats body weight decreased significantly compared with the medium dose group (P0.05), and as the dose increased, decreased obviously. After 2,4,6,8 weeks, the high dose group of rat testis tissue NO levels compared with the control group and low dose group were compared, in Ming Dynasty Xian Shenggao (P0.05); after 8 weeks, the middle dose group of rat testicular tissue NO levels increased significantly compared with the control group (P0.05); after 12 weeks, low and high dose group rat testicular tissue NO levels were significantly increased compared with the control group (P0.05), NO in the testis tissue rats in high dose group compared with the low dose group increased significantly (P0.05). The level of NO increased in testis of male rats exposed to cigarette smoke can lead to the conclusion, testicular tissue injury in male rats.
