【摘要】:目的建立工作场所空气中甲醛酯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法空气样品采用活性炭管采集,经二硫化碳溶液解吸后,毛细管色谱柱分离,采用火焰离子化检测器检测。结果甲醛酯质量浓度在1.74~34 800.00 mg/L呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限和定量下限分别为0.20和0.80 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.14和0.54 mg/m3(以采集1.50 L空气计);平均解吸效率为92.41%~96.84%,批内、批间精密度分别为2.79%~6.72%和4.20%~7.37%,样品在常温下至少可保存8 d,在4℃冰箱中至少可保存19 d。结论本方法操作简单,解吸效率和灵敏度高,精密度好,可长时间保存样品,适用于工作场所空气中甲醛酯的采集与检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde ester in workplace air by solvent desorption and gas chromatography. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide solution and separated by capillary column. The flame ionization detector was used to detect the content of formaldehyde ester. Results there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of formaldehyde ester at 1.74 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The detection limit and quantification limit were 0.20 and 0.80 mg/L, respectively. The lowest detectable concentration and minimum quantitative concentration were 0.14 and 0.54 mg / m ~ (3), respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 92.41% and 96.84%, and the interassay precision was 2.79% and 4.20% 7.37%, respectively. The sample can be stored at least 8 days at room temperature and 19 days in refrigerator at 4 鈩,
