母乳喂养的研究进展

【摘要】：母乳是婴儿最好的天然食品,对婴儿的健康生长发育有非常重要的作用。母乳中含有丰富的抗体和免疫细胞,可以减少婴儿腹泻、降低特异性反应和哮喘发作等,同时可以降低母亲患糖尿病、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌等的风险。目前国内外许多专家学者都致力于提高母乳喂养率的研究,并取得长足进展。笔者综合国内外最新文献报道,对母乳喂养的影响因素、优点及有效促进母乳喂养的干预措施综述如下,旨在为进一步提高母乳喂养率的护理干预提供最新依据。
[Abstract]:Breast milk is the best natural food for infants and plays a very important role in the healthy growth and development of infants. Breast milk is rich in antibodies and immune cells, which can reduce diarrhea, reduce specific reactions and asthma attacks, etc. At the same time, it can reduce the risk of diabetes, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and so on. The author summarized the influencing factors, advantages and effective intervention measures of breast feeding by synthesizing the latest literature at home and abroad. The aim is to provide the latest basis for nursing intervention to further improve the breastfeeding rate.
