哈萨克族中小学生2005—2010年身体形态状况分析

【摘要】：目的了解新疆哈萨克族中小学生2005—2010年身体形态变化情况及其原因,为提高哈萨克族中小学生健康水平提供依据。方法利用2005年和2010年新疆学生体质调研资料,对7~18岁哈萨克族学生身体形态指标进行分析。结果 2005—2010年新疆哈萨克族中小学生身体形态指标总体呈增长趋势,与2005年比较,2010年新疆哈萨克族男生7~18岁年龄组平均身高、体重、胸围分别增长0.7 cm、0.3 kg、-1.0 cm,女生分别平均增长1.1 cm、1.0 kg、0.9 cm;身体形态各项指标8~17岁年龄段差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论2005—2010年新疆哈萨克族中小学生身体形态指标总体上增长,但是身体形态各项指标上多数年龄段比2005年同类指标出现下降,影响下降的主要因素有学校因素、家庭因素和学生自身因素等。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the changes of physical morphology of Kazak primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 and to provide the basis for improving the health level of Kazakh primary and middle school students. Methods the physical constitution of primary and middle school students in Xinjiang was investigated on 2005 and 2010. Results the body morphological indexes of Kazakh primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 showed an increasing trend. Compared with 2005, the average height and weight of Kazakh boys aged 718 years in Xinjiang on 2010 were analyzed. The increase of chest circumference was 0.7 cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) cm, and the average increase of female students was 1.1 cm ~ (-1) kg ~ (-1) ~ (0.9 cm) respectively. There were significant differences in body shape between 8 ~ 17 years old age group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion the body shape index of Kazak primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 increased generally. However, most of the age groups showed a decrease compared with the similar indexes in 2005. The main factors affecting the decline were school factors, family factors and students' own factors.
