优生优育五项检测的临床意义探讨

【摘要】：正每对夫妇都渴望拥有一个聪明、活泼、健康的宝宝,然而现实中却因优生优育落实不到位,造成许多家庭的痛苦。先天畸形儿与智障儿往往成为其家庭和社会的巨大负担。病原体感染是导致先天性缺陷的重要原因,故TORCH检测显得尤为重要。TORCH指优生优育五项检测,包括弓形虫(TOX)、风疹病毒(RV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)Ⅰ、Ⅱ型,统称为TORCH。TORCH病原体共同特征为:当感染发生在孕期时,可通过胎盘或产道引起宫内感染,导致胎儿流产、早产、宫内发育迟滞、畸形、死胎和新生儿死亡等,原发感染与复发感染
