长期喂服酸马奶对Wistar大鼠外周血淋巴细胞数量和百分比的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨酸马奶对Wistar大鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法无特定病原体(SPF)级Wistar大鼠24只,随机分为空白组(2 m L/次生理盐水灌胃)、酸马奶灌胃组(2 m L/次),每组8只。灌胃4周后,无菌解剖取脾脏并测定脾脏指数;噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测T、B淋巴细胞增殖;流式细胞术测定全血中CD3~+T细胞、CD4~+CD25~+T细胞百分比。结果酸马奶灌胃大鼠的脾脏指数、淋巴细胞增殖率、全血中CD3~+T细胞百分比均高于空白组,CD4~+CD25~+T细胞百分比显著低于空白组。结论酸马奶可促进脾脏内淋巴细胞、全血中T、B细胞的增殖,抑制CD4~+CD25~+T细胞的分化,可调节机体免疫状态。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of yoghurt on the immune function of Wistar rats. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats with no specific pathogen were randomly divided into two groups: the blank group (n = 8) and the control group (n = 8). The spleen was dissected and the spleen index was measured by aseptic dissection; the proliferation of T cell was detected by MTT colorimetry; and the percentage of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ T cells in whole blood was measured by flow cytometry. Lymphocyte proliferation rate and percentage of CD3T cells in whole blood were significantly lower than those in blank group. Conclusion yoghurt can promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes, and inhibit the differentiation of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ T cells in whole blood. Can adjust the immune state of the body.
