泸州市未婚女性婚前性行为态度及影响因素

【摘要】：目的探讨四川省泸州市未婚女性婚前性行为态度及影响因素,为开展性生殖健康教育提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机抽样方法,在泸州市抽取2 119名≥16岁未婚常住女性进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果共调查1 989人,59.83%不反对婚前性行为,24.73%有过婚前性行为;多因素logistic回归分析显示,20~24、≥25岁年龄组婚前性行为反对率低于20岁年龄组,OR分别为0.336(95%CI=0.211~0.537)和0.460(95%CI=0.288~0.737),偶尔接受性教育、经常接受性教育组低于从未接受过性教育组,OR分别为0.472(95%CI=0.289~0.770)和0.622(95%CI=0.408~0.950),知晓性生活安全期组低于不知晓组OR为0.611(95%CI=0.472~0.789),首次月经年龄13~15、≥16岁组高于10~12岁组,OR分别为2.794(95%CI=1.313~5.949)和1.636(95%CI=0.783~3.419)。结论年龄、接受性教育状况、对性生活安全期的知晓情况以及首次月经的早晚是泸州市未婚女性对婚前性行为态度的影响因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the attitude and influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior among unmarried women in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, so as to provide the basis for carrying out sexual reproductive health education. An anonymous self-filling questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 119 unmarried women aged more than 16 in Luzhou City. Results A total of 1 989 women (59.83%) did not object to premarital sex (24.73%).
