红枣浓缩汁缓解小鼠体力疲劳及调节免疫功能的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究红枣浓缩汁缓解小鼠体力疲劳及调节免疫功能的作用。方法:实验设溶剂对照组(蒸馏水)和2.5、5.0、10.0 m L/kg·bw三个红枣浓缩汁组。选择运动耐力实验以及肝糖原、肌糖原、血乳酸、血清和肝脏尿素氮、肌肉总蛋白等相关生化指标,评价红枣浓缩汁对小鼠体力疲劳的影响;选择脾脏抗体生成细胞数、半数溶血值、迟发型变态反应实验、脾淋巴细胞转化实验和碳粒廓清实验等免疫学指标,分别从体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能探讨红枣浓缩汁对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:与溶剂对照组相比,低剂量组运动耐量显著增加(p0.05),血乳酸及尿素氮含量极显著降低(p0.01),中剂量组肝糖原和肌糖原含量极显著提高(p0.01),高剂量组肌肉的蛋白质含量显著提高(p0.05)。免疫学研究表明,中剂量组红枣浓缩汁能显著提高小鼠吞噬指数和抗体生成细胞数(p0.01),以及抗体积数(p0.05),高剂量组红枣浓缩汁可显著提高小鼠的足趾厚度、抗体积数(p0.01),以及吞噬指数和抗体生成细胞数(p0.05)。结论:红枣浓缩汁具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳及增强免疫功能的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of red jujube juice concentrate on relieving physical fatigue and regulating immune function in mice. Methods: three concentrated jujube juice groups were divided into three groups: solvent control group (distilled water) and 2.55.0m L/kg BW concentrated jujube juice group. Exercise endurance test, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were selected. Blood lactic acid, serum and liver urea nitrogen, total muscle protein and other related biochemical indexes were evaluated to evaluate the effect of red jujube juice concentrate on physical fatigue in mice. Spleen lymphocyte transformation test and carbon particle clearance test were used to investigate the effects of concentrated jujube juice on immune function of mice from humoral immunity, cellular immunity and non-specific immune function, respectively. Results: compared with solvent control group, Zizyphus jujuba L. In low dose group, exercise tolerance was significantly increased, blood lactate and urea nitrogen contents were significantly decreased, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen contents were significantly increased in middle dose group, and protein content in muscle was significantly increased in high dose group. In the middle dose group, the phagocytic index, the number of antibody forming cells and the anti-volume number of jujube juice were significantly increased, and the thickness of the toes of the mice was significantly increased in the high dose group, and the concentration of jujube juice in the middle dose group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Zizyphus jujuba concentrate can relieve physical fatigue and enhance immune function of mice.
