中年女性运动与健康的关系分析

【摘要】:文中介绍了作者用问卷调查法对已进入中年期的560位女性的职业与社交状况、运动时间、运动方式与更年期综合症表现形式和程度之间的关系进行了调查,在此基础上进行了运动与健康的关系统计数据分析。阐述了运动对促进生理与心理健康的益处。对中年女性运动有益脑健康;运动调节心理健康;运动增加骨密度;运动降低肥胖;运动抗衰老等理论进行了研究论证。强调了有氧运动的关键方法,并提出了运动中的注意事项,对有氧运动中形式之一的有氧舞蹈为什么目前深受中年女性朋友喜爱,如何提高中年女性有氧舞蹈运动的技术水平等问题进行了深入的剖析。最后提出有氧运动有益血液循环,,消除女性更年期综合症、促进中年女性身心健康,提高生活质量的观点。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the author by questionnaire survey of 560 women have entered the middle period of the occupation and social status, exercise time, the relationship between exercise and menopause syndrome manifestations and degree were investigated on the basis of the analysis of data movement and health system are expounded. The close movement on promoting benefits physical and mental health of middle aged women. Exercise is beneficial to brain health; exercise regulation of mental health; exercise increased bone density; exercise reduces obesity; exercise anti-aging are studied. The theory emphasizes the key methods of aerobics, and puts forward some matters needing attention in sports, to have a form of aerobic exercise in aerobic dance by middle-aged female friends love why at present, the in-depth analysis of how to improve the middle-aged women aerobic dance movement technical level and other issues. Finally, aerobic Exercise is beneficial to blood circulation, eliminate menopause syndrome, promote the physical and mental health of middle-aged women, and improve the quality of life.
