江西省冷链温度自动监控系统的建立与运行状况

【摘要】:目的评价江西省冷链温度自动监控系统建立后的运行状况,确保疫苗质量。方法在冷链设备中安装温度自动监控设备,实现冷链设备温度的自动采集和报警。建立B/S终端管理平台,实现对冷链设备的信息化管理及其温度的自动监控。通过系统统计功能了解各单位各种冷链设备的运转、温度及报警情况。通过访谈了解用户体验。结果全省共10 491台冷链设备(其中普通冰箱6 496台,占65.2%)98.8%处于正常运转状态。从系统启用后的5个月内,共监测到所有设备报警18 006次,占温度采集次数的0.06%;涉及报警的单位87个,占所有单位总数的74.6%;涉及报警的冷链设备92台,占所有自动温控设备的16.8%。通过访谈发现系统有利于提高工作人员管理质量和管理效率。结论江西省冷链温度自动监控系统运行稳定,提高了冷链设备管理的效率。应进一步完善系统功能,与预防接种信息管理系统进行对接,实现数据共享。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the running status of the cold chain temperature automatic monitoring system in Jiangxi Province after its establishment, and to ensure the vaccine quality. Methods the temperature automatic monitoring equipment was installed in the cold chain equipment. Realize the automatic collection and alarm of cold chain equipment temperature. Establish the B / S terminal management platform, realize the information management of cold chain equipment and the automatic monitoring of temperature. Results 10 491 cold chain equipments (6 496 common refrigerators, accounting for 98.8% of 65.2or 98.8%) were in normal operation. A total of 18,006 alarms were detected for all the equipment, accounting for 0.06 times of the number of temperature collection; 87 units were involved in the alarm, accounting for 74.6% of the total number of units; 92 sets of cold-chain equipment involving the alarm were reported to the police. It is found that the system is helpful to improve the management quality and efficiency of the staff. Conclusion the temperature automatic monitoring system of cold chain in Jiangxi Province is stable. The efficiency of cold chain equipment management is improved, the system function should be further improved, and the information management system of inoculation should be docked to realize data sharing.
