【摘要】:目的建立顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定尿中甲基异丁基酮的方法。方法使用二乙烯苯/碳烯/聚二甲基硅氧烷(DVB/CAR/PDMS)固相微萃取头,采用顶空固相微萃取技术富集尿样中甲基异丁基酮,通过L_9(3~3)正交试验对盐析量、萃取温度、萃取时间进行优化,以DB-5(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱为分离柱,火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量。结果甲基异丁基酮在0.05~2.0μg/ml范围内线性相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.006μg/ml,加标回收率为82.7%~103.7%,相对标准偏差为0.15%~4.33%。结论本法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于职业接触人群尿样中甲基异丁基酮的测定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of methyl isobutyl ketone in urine by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography.Methods the solid phase microextraction (SPME) head of diethylbenzene / carbonene / polydimethylsiloxane (DVB / carr / PDMS) was used to enrich methyl isobutyl ketone in urine samples by headspace solid-phase microextraction. The salting out amount, extraction temperature and extraction time were optimized by L9KT (3 ~ 3) orthogonal test.DB-5(30m 脳 0.32mm 脳 0. 25 渭 m capillary column was used as separation column, flame ionization detector was used as detector, and internal standard method was used.Results the linear correlation coefficient of methyl isobutyl ketone was greater than 0.999 in the range of 0.05 渭 g/ml, the detection limit was 0.006 渭 g / ml, the recovery rate was 82.7% and the relative standard deviation was 0.15% 4.33%.Conclusion this method is simple, sensitive and suitable for the determination of methyl isobutyl ketone in urine samples of occupational exposure population.
