成都市畜禽血制品中甲醛含量及膳食暴露评估

【摘要】:目的分析成都市畜禽血制品中甲醛本底含量及污染状况,并对畜禽血制品中甲醛的风险进行初步评估。方法对全市范围内畜禽血制品中甲醛含量进行测定,结合成都市居民膳食消费数据,计算成都市居民甲醛暴露量及安全限值(MOS),采用点评估的方法开展成都市居民摄入畜禽血制品中甲醛的风险评估。结果畜禽血制品及新鲜畜禽血中甲醛平均含量(中位数)分别为2.51 mg/kg、2.53 mg/kg,但是在畜禽血制品中明显存在个别甲醛含量极高的现象,最高值为3 200.00 mg/kg。采用平均暴露量的点评估模型获得的畜禽血制品中甲醛急、慢性暴露的MOS分别是780、2 500,而采用高端暴露量的点评估模型获得的甲醛急、慢性暴露的MOS分别是0.5、0.9。结论成都市大部分畜禽血制品可能会有一个较低的本底含量,但不排除部分的畜禽血制品中甲醛含量极高,提示可能存在一个人为添加的过程。采用高端暴露量评估提示该物质对人体健康的风险超过了可以接受的限度,应当采取适当的风险管理措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the content and pollution of formaldehyde in blood products of livestock and poultry in Chengdu, and to evaluate the risk of formaldehyde in blood products of livestock and poultry. Methods the formaldehyde content in the blood products of livestock and poultry was determined in the whole city, and the dietary consumption data of Chengdu residents were combined. The formaldehyde exposure and safety limit of Chengdu residents were calculated and the risk assessment of formaldehyde intake in blood products of livestock and poultry was carried out by using point evaluation method. Results the average formaldehyde content (median) in blood products of livestock and poultry was 2.51 mg / kg and 2.53 mg / kg, respectively. However, there was a very high concentration of formaldehyde in the blood products of livestock and poultry, the highest value was 3 200.00 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1). The MOS of the blood products of livestock and poultry obtained by the point assessment model of average exposure amount was 780,25000.The MOS of chronic exposure was 0.50.9g / L, while that of the point assessment model with high exposure level was 0.50.90.The results showed that the formaldehyde in the blood products of livestock and poultry was acute, and the MOS of chronic exposure was 780g / 2 500, respectively. Conclusion most livestock and poultry blood products in Chengdu may have a relatively low background content, but it is not excluded that the formaldehyde content in some animal and poultry blood products is extremely high, suggesting that there may be a process of artificial addition. The use of high-end exposure assessments indicates that the risk to human health of the substance exceeds acceptable limits and appropriate risk management measures should be taken.
