荔枝汁对情绪应激大鼠血脂的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究荔枝汁对情绪应激大鼠血脂代谢的调节作用。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、模型组、荔枝汁组,采用不确定性空瓶刺激的方法建立大鼠焦虑模型,造模前分别给予大鼠灌服生理盐水(对照组、模型组)、荔枝汁(荔枝汁组),14d后利用旷场实验测试大鼠行为,随后测定大鼠血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并计算非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)含量、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C的比值。结果:对照组体质量及食物利用率极显著高于其余各组(p0.01);各组大鼠总运动距离及直立次数差异无显著性(p0.05),模型组中央区停留时间以及中央区进入次数均显著低于对照组和荔枝汁组(p0.05),模型组修饰次数显著高于荔枝汁组(p0.05);模型组的血浆TC显著高于对照组(p0.05)、non-HDL-C显著高于对照组和荔枝汁组(p0.05)、LDL-C极显著高于对照组(p0.01);模型组的血浆TG/HDL-C显著低于对照组(p0.05);荔枝汁组的血浆HDL-C显著高于对照组和模型组(p0.05);在血浆LDL-C/HDL-C方面,模型组极显著地高于对照组和荔枝汁组(p0.01)。结论:荔枝汁能降低焦虑水平并改善血脂代谢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of litchi juice on lipid metabolism in emotional stress rats. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model group and litchi juice group. Model group, litchi juice (litchi juice group) were used to test the behavior of rats by open field experiment after 14 days, and then the levels of plasma triglyceride (TGG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. The ratio of TG- / HDL-C- LDL-C / HDL-C was calculated. Results: the body mass and food utilization rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the other groups, but there was no significant difference in the total movement distance and the number of upright times of the rats in each group, but the residence time of the central area and the entry times of the central area in the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group. Compared with control group and litchi juice group, the modification times of model group were significantly higher than that of litchi juice group, the plasma TC of model group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the plasma TC of model group was significantly higher than that of control group and litchi juice group. The plasma TG/HDL-C of model group was significantly higher than that of control group and litchi juice group. The plasma HDL-C in the litchi juice group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the model group, and the plasma LDL-C/HDL-C in the litchi juice group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the model group. The model group was significantly higher than the control group and litchi juice group (P 0.01). Conclusion: litchi juice can reduce anxiety and improve lipid metabolism.
