江西省铅酸蓄电池行业职业病危害现状及防护措施研究

【摘要】：目的了解江西省各类铅酸蓄电池企业的职业病危害现状,研究制定相应的切实有效的防护措施。方法对抽取的企业进行现场职业卫生学调查、职业病防护措施调查和职业病危害因素检测,对职工进行职业健康体检,并对调查结果进行综合分析与研究。结果目前A类铅酸蓄电池企业仅有一家,大部分为B类企业,C类企业正在逐步淘汰。A、B、C这3类企业工作场所空气中铅浓度合格率分别为83.7%、75.0%、62.8%,职工血铅检测合格率分别为82.1%、72.3%、59.4%。结论目前江西境内铅酸蓄电池行业职业病危害现状较为严峻,建议政府应立即叫停C类企业,逐步淘汰B类企业,鼓励A类企业发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of occupational disease hazards in various lead-acid battery enterprises in Jiangxi Province and to establish effective protective measures. Methods On-site occupational health survey, occupational disease prevention measures and occupational disease hazard factors were carried out in the selected enterprises. The workers were examined for occupational health examination, and the results were analyzed and studied comprehensively. Results at present, there is only one type A lead-acid battery enterprise, and most of them are being phased out. The qualified rate of lead concentration in the air of the three kinds of enterprises is 83.7%, 75.0% and 62.8%, respectively. The qualified rate of blood lead detection for workers and staff is 72.39.40.The qualified rate is 72.39.4. Conclusion the present situation of occupational hazards in lead-acid battery industry in Jiangxi Province is serious. It is suggested that the government should immediately stop class C enterprises, phase out class B enterprises and encourage the development of class A enterprises.
