2种茶叶多糖降血糖效果的比较

【摘要】：研究迎霜茶多糖(T01-TPS)和云南大叶种茶多糖(T09-TPS)对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。对正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶造模的高血糖小鼠分别经过灌胃给予2种茶多糖14d,测定给药前后小鼠的空腹血糖值、体质量与免疫器官质量,进行糖耐量试验。结果表明:迎霜茶多糖和云南大叶种茶多糖均能较好地降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,表现出一定的量效关系,并能减缓糖尿病小鼠多食、多饮和消瘦症状;2种茶多糖能使糖尿病小鼠的血糖曲线下面积明显下移,提高糖尿病模型小鼠的葡萄糖耐量;可使糖尿病小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数提高,促进糖尿病小鼠脾脏和胸腺的发育,说明2种茶多糖具有明显的降血糖作用和一定的增强免疫调节能力的作用,迎霜茶多糖效果优于云南大叶种茶多糖。
[Abstract]:To study the hypoglycemic effects of T01-TPS and T09-TPS on diabetic mice induced by alloxan. Two kinds of tea polysaccharides were given to normal mice and alloxan model mice for 14 days respectively. Fasting blood glucose, body weight and immune organ weight were measured before and after administration, and glucose tolerance test was carried out. The results showed that both the jingshuang tea polysaccharides and Yunnan leaf tea polysaccharides could decrease the blood glucose level of diabetic mice, show a certain dose-effect relationship, and could slow down the excessive food intake of diabetic mice. The two kinds of tea polysaccharides could significantly decrease the area under the blood glucose curve of diabetic mice and increase the glucose tolerance of diabetic mice, and the thymus index and spleen index of diabetic mice were increased. To promote the development of spleen and thymus of diabetic mice, it was shown that the two tea polysaccharides had obvious hypoglycemic effect and enhanced immune regulation ability, and the effect of tea polysaccharides from Yingshuang tea was better than that from Yunnan large leaf tea.
