1993~2013年南京市钉螺及哨鼠血吸虫感染监测结果分析

【摘要】:目的分析1993~2013年南京市21年来钉螺感染率与哨鼠血吸虫感染情况以及两者之间的相关性,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法 1993~2013年每年春季采用系统抽样结合环境抽查法开展螺情调查,并在同一时间段采取小白鼠接触法对水体的血吸虫感染性进行现场检测。结果钉螺感染率、感染性钉螺面积总体呈逐年下降趋势,2009年至今未发现阳性螺点;哨鼠感染率1998年以前高达100%,2008年至今哨鼠感染率均为0。两者变化趋势一致,存在显著的正相关,相关系数r_s为0.726,有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论加大综合防治力度,控制感染性钉螺,依然是该市控制血吸虫病流行的有效防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between snail infection rate and sentinel Schistosoma japonicum infection in Nanjing from 1993 to 2013, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Oncomelania hupensis. Methods from 1993 to 2013, systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling was used to carry out the snail survey, and the contact method of mice was used to detect schistosomiasis infection in water in the same time period. Results the infection rate of Oncomelania hupensis and the area of infected snails decreased year by year, and no positive snail spots were found in 2009. The infection rate of sentinel snails was as high as 100 before 1998 and 0. There was a significant positive correlation between the two groups, and the correlation coefficient was 0.726, which was statistically significant (P0. 000). Conclusion it is still an effective measure to control schistosomiasis in the city by strengthening comprehensive control and controlling infected snails.
