苦瓜多糖对运动力竭小鼠疲劳的干预研究

【摘要】:研究苦瓜多糖对一次性力竭运动后小鼠疲劳缓解及氧化损伤影响。以醇沉水提法制备的苦瓜多糖灌胃小鼠21 d后,采用力竭游泳试验,测定小鼠力竭游泳时间,血清乳酸,乳酸脱氢酶及尿素氮,肝肌糖原及组织(心肌、肝脏)中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GPX)与超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。同力竭对照小鼠比较,苦瓜多糖能延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高肝脏及肌肉糖原水平,减少运动后血乳酸,尿素氮的堆积,提高乳酸脱氢酶活性。此外,还可提高心脏及肝脏中SOD及GPX活性,降低MDA水平。结果表明苦瓜多糖具有显著的抗疲劳功效,可减轻大强度运动后自由基造成的氧化损伤,促进机体功能恢复。
[Abstract]:The effects of Momordica charantia polysaccharides on fatigue relief and oxidative damage in mice after exhaustive exercise were studied. After the mice were perfused with polysaccharides from Momordica charantia by alcohol precipitation for 21 days, the exhaustive swimming time, serum lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase and urea nitrogen, glycogen in liver muscle and tissue (myocardium) were determined by exhaustive swimming test. The activity of glutathione peroxidase (glutathione peroxidase,GPX) and superoxide dismutase (superoxide dismutase,SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (malondialdehyde,MDA) in liver. Compared with the exhausted control mice, Momordica charantia polysaccharide could prolong the swimming time, increase the glycogen level of liver and muscle, reduce the accumulation of blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen, and increase the activity of lactate dehydrogenase. In addition, it also increased the activity of SOD and GPX in heart and liver, and decreased the level of MDA. The results showed that Momordica charantia polysaccharide had obvious anti-fatigue effect, which could reduce the oxidative damage caused by free radicals and promote the recovery of body function.
