深圳南山区孕妇婴儿喂养意向及其影响因素

【摘要】：目的探讨孕妇婴儿喂养意向及其影响因素。方法对在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院接受产前检查的1 682名孕妇进行婴儿喂养意向、婴儿喂养态度和孕妇社会人口学特征调查。结果 1 682名孕妇中,持纯母乳喂养意向者1 389人(82.6%),混合喂养意向者105人(6.2%),人工喂养意向者188人(11.2%);多分类logistic回归分析结果显示,与纯母乳喂养意向有显著关联的因素有婴儿喂养态度得分(OR=1.62,90%CI=1.48~1.92)、孕妇年龄(OR=0.67,90%CI=0.56~0.92)、家庭月收入(≥10 000元/月与≤6 000元/月比较)(OR=0.59,90%CI=0.37~0.87)和婚姻状况(已婚与未婚)(OR=2.14,90%CI=1.62~3.38)。结论深圳地区孕妇纯母乳喂养意向情况较好,这与孕妇年龄、婴儿喂养态度、家庭经济情况和婚姻状况等多个因素有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feeding intention of pregnant infants and its influencing factors. Methods 1 682 pregnant women who received prenatal examination in Shenzhen Nanshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were investigated for infant feeding intention, infant feeding attitude and social demographic characteristics of pregnant women. Results among the 1 682 pregnant women, 1 389 (82.6%) had exclusive breastfeeding intention, 105 (6.2%) had mixed feeding intention and 188 (11.2%) had artificial feeding intention. Multiple classification logistic regression analysis showed that the significant factors associated with exclusive breastfeeding intention were infant feeding attitude score (OR=1.62,90%CI=1.48~1.92), pregnant age (OR=0.67,90%CI=0.56~0.92).
