中国1980-2013年青少年首次遗精年龄系统评价

【摘要】:目的系统分析中国青少年首次遗精年龄的基本状态、变化和特点。方法应用荟萃分析(meta分析)方法,计算机和人工文献检索文献,根据纳人标准进行数据筛选、整理加工和质量评价,获得1980-2013年公开发表的学术文献报告74篇共192个数据,涉及近43.5万人。结果 1980-2013年来,我国青少年首次遗精年龄明显提前(y=-0.0424x+99.129,R~2=0.3268,P0.01),首次遗精年龄平均为14.40岁,由1980年的15.18岁提前至2013年的13.78岁,34年间变化1.40岁;南方和北方地区均与年代呈明显负相关(P0.0001),34年间分别提前1.16岁和1.33岁;北方地区的首次遗精年龄明显晚于南方地区(P0.001),但随年代提前的速度比南方快;相同地区的城镇地区明显早于农村地区(P0.001),但农村地区提前(1.39岁)幅度高于城镇(0.91岁),城乡之间差异在减小;年代(1980-1995、1996-2005和2006-2013的3个年代段)和地区(南方与北方)、城镇与农村的各个因素间均具有明显的交互作用(P0.001)。结论 1980-2013年我国青少年首次遗精年龄明显提前,年代、地区、城乡差异以及之间的交互作用均会对首次遗精年龄产生影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the basic status, changes and characteristics of the age of first spermatogenesis in Chinese adolescents. Methods by means of meta-analysis (meta analysis), computer and manual literature retrieval, data screening, processing and quality evaluation were carried out according to the criteria of acceptance, and 192 data were obtained from 74 published academic literature reports from 1980 to 2013. Nearly 435000 people were involved. Results from 1980 to 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis was significantly earlier (y = 0.0424 x 99.129, R = 0.3268, P0.01). The mean age of first spermatogenesis was 14.40 years old, from 15.18 years old in 1980 to 13.78 years old in 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis was 14.40 years old, and the age of first spermatogenesis was 13.78 years old in 2013, from 15.18 in 1980 to 13.78 years in 2013. Change of 1.40 years in 34 years; There was a significant negative correlation between the age and the southern and northern regions (P0.0001), which was 1.16 and 1.33 years earlier in 34 years, respectively. The age of the first spermatogenesis in the northern region was obviously later than that in the south (P0.001), but it was faster with the age than that in the south. The urban area in the same area was significantly earlier than that in the rural area (P0.001), but the range of advance (1.39 years old) in the rural area was higher than that in the urban area (0.91 years old), and the difference between the urban and rural areas was decreasing. There are obvious interactions between urban and rural factors in the three decades (1980-1995, 1996-2005 and 2006-2013) and regions (South and North) (P0.001). Conclusion from 1980 to 2013, the age of first spermatogenesis of adolescents in China was significantly earlier. The age, regional, urban and rural differences and the interaction between urban and rural areas would have an impact on the age of first spermatogenesis.
