青岛市居民食品安全知识、态度、行为(KAP)及影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究数据来源于中国/WHO2010-2011年度规划预算项目“青岛市食源性疾病监测与食品安全风险评估”,调查青岛地区居民食品安全知识、态度和行为(KAP)现状,分析影响因素,同时为进一步开展食品安全健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。 方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对1600名居民开展“青岛市居民食品安全知识、态度、行为问卷调查”,问卷包括个人基本情况、食品安全知识、态度和行为四个部分,对知识和行为得分进行单因素分析和非条件logistic回归分析,研究青岛市居民食品安全KAP现状及影响因素。 结果:调查对象关于食品安全知识的平均得分为(5.72±2.70)分,单因素分析显示不同年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入和职业之间研究对象知识平均得分差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),logistic回归分析显示年龄越大,文化程度越高,食品安全知识知晓情况越好。 91.6%的居民对食品安全方面的信息表示关注;92.1%的居民认为有必要定期开展食品安全健康教育;60.8%的居民认为我国食品安全现状差。 居民食品安全行为平均得分为(8.96±1.98)分,单因素分析显示不同性别、不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同家庭月收入和不同职业之间研究对象食品安全行为平均得分的差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。logistic回归分析显示女性比男性的食品安全行为得分高;≤18岁和19-35岁组年龄人群行为得分较低;具有初中或高中及以上文化程度的人群比大专及以上文化程度的人群行为得分高;食品安全知识得分越高,行为得分越高;对食品安全非常关注的人群,行为得分高。 结论:居民食品安全认知不容乐观;居民食品安全意识较强;居民食品安全行为存在隐患;加强食品安全健康教育,提高居民食品安全知信行水平势在必行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior of Qingdao residents in Qingdao, based on the annual planning budget item of China / WHO2010-2011 "surveillance of food-borne diseases and risk assessment of food safety in Qingdao". Analysis of the influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for further development of food safety and health education and behavioral intervention. Methods: 1600 residents of Qingdao City were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling.
