医务人员血源性职业暴露防护行为影响因素通径分析

【摘要】:目的探讨医务人员工作效能感、组织环境满意度对血源性职业暴露防护行为的影响,并建立三者之间的关系模型。方法采用自制《医务人员职业伤害调查表》回顾性调查贵州省25家综合医院1 601名医务人员工作效能感、组织环境满意度及血源性职业暴露防护行为,并采用CALIS过程进行隐变量通径分析。结果医务人员血源性职业暴露防护行为、工作效能感、组织环境各维度满意度总体得分均达到中等水平,工作效能感、组织环境各维度满意度与防护行为均有显著相关性,差异均有统计学意义(P0.001)。工作效能感对防护行为具有直接效应作用(效应系数为0.11);组织环境各维度满意度对防护行为影响程度不一致,防护设施对防护行为起正向影响(效应系数0.50),可分解为直接影响和通过工作效能感而间接影响(效应系数分别为0.51、0.02),环境压力对防护行为起负向影响(效应系数-0.16),可分解为直接影响和通过工作效能感而间接影响(效应系数分别为-0.15、-0.01),工作场所对防护行为起负向影响(效应系数-0.11),可分解为直接影响和通过工作效能感而间接影响(效应系数分别为-0.12、0.01),安全政策对防护行为起直接影响(效应系数0.08);安全文化直接效应不明显,通过工作效能感间接影响(效应系数0.03)。结论提升医务人员应对职业安全能力的工作效能感和组织环境满意度,可增强其血源性职业暴露防护行为。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of job efficacy and organizational environmental satisfaction on the protective behavior of blood-borne occupational exposure of medical staff, and to establish a relationship model among them. Methods the occupational injury questionnaire of medical staff was used to investigate the job efficacy, organizational environment satisfaction and blood occupational exposure protection behavior of 1601 medical staff in 25 general hospitals in Guizhou Province. CALIS process was used to analyze the path of hidden variables. Results the overall scores of blood-derived occupational exposure protection behavior, job efficacy and organizational environment satisfaction reached medium level. There was a significant correlation between job efficacy, organizational environment satisfaction and protective behavior, the difference was statistically significant (P0.001). The sense of work efficacy has a direct effect on protective behavior (the effect coefficient is 0.11). The degree of influence of organizational environment satisfaction on protective behavior is not consistent, and protective facilities have positive influence on protective behavior (effect coefficient 0.50), which can be decomposed into direct influence and indirect influence through sense of work efficiency (effect coefficient is 0.510.02), and environmental pressure has negative effect on protective behavior (effect coefficient-0.16).
