氧化钕和氟化钕粉尘对作业人员血液学指标及炎性细胞因子表达的影响

【摘要】:随机抽取某稀土厂接触氧化钕、氟化钕粉尘的32名作业工人作为暴露组,不接尘的43名人员为对照组,采集静脉血,检测血液中钕及其化合物含量,血常规、血生化指标及血清中炎性因子(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CC16、SP-D)水平。暴露组血液中钕及其化合物浓度高于对照组,红细胞均值(RBC)高于对照组,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)高于对照组,血清中克细胞白介素6(IL-6)含量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p0.05)。氧化钕、氟化钕粉尘经呼吸道进入人体,对作业人员肝脏、呼吸系统有影响。
[Abstract]:32 workers exposed to neodymium oxide and neodymium fluoride dust from a rare earth factory were randomly selected as exposure group and 43 workers without dust exposure as control group. Venous blood was collected to detect the content of neodymium and its compounds in blood, blood routine, blood biochemical indexes and serum inflammatory factor (IL-6,IL-10,TNF- 伪, CC16,SP-D) levels. The concentration of neodymium and its compounds in blood of exposed group was higher than that of control group, the mean (RBC) of erythrocyte was higher than that of control group, the (AST) of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase was higher than that of control group, and the content of IL-6 (IL-6) in serum was significantly higher than that of control group (p0.05). Neodymium oxide and neodymium fluoride dust enter the human body through respiratory tract, which has an impact on the liver and respiratory system of workers.
