《尿中钒、铬、钴、镉、铊、铅的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》标准编制说明

【摘要】:目的介绍《尿中钒、铬、钴、镉、铊、铅的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》标准的制定依据和方法内容。方法按照GBZ/T 210.5—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第5部分:生物材料中化学物质测定方法》标准尿样用体积分数为1.0%的硝酸稀释20倍后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的标准模式和碰撞反应池模式进行测定,应用标准曲线内标校正法进行定量计算。结果 6种金属元素在测定范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.999 1,方法检出限为0.01~0.08μg/L,加标回收率为87.5%~105.8%,批内精密度为1.3%~5.2%,批间精密度为1.7%~7.2%。结论《尿中钒、铬、钴、镉、铊、铅的测定电感耦合等离子体质谱法》标准方法能同时测定尿中多种金属元素,具有较低的检出限,良好的精密度和准确度,可推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the basis and method for the determination of vanadium, chromium, cobalt, cadmium, thallium and lead in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods according to GBZ/T 210.5 < Occupational Health Standard formulation Guide part 5: determination method of Chemical substances in Biomaterials > Standard urine samples diluted 20 times with 1.0% nitric acid, the standard mode and collision reaction cell mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) were used, and the quantitative calculation was carried out by standard curve internal standard correction method.
