人造板材中不同胶粘剂对室内装修后甲醛污染水平的影响

【摘要】:[目的]了解人造板材中酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂胶粘剂对室内装修后甲醛污染水平的影响。[方法]根据装修时使用人造板材胶粘剂不同,分成酚醛树脂胶粘剂组(A组)和脲醛树脂胶粘剂组(B组),在装修完工后15 d内完成第1次监测,以后每月对应时间监测1次,共7次。甲醛测定按GB/T 16129—1995 AHMT分光光度法。[结果]第1次监测,A组甲醛浓度范围0.005~0.122 mg/m3,中位数0.030 mg/m3;B组甲醛浓度范围0.128~1.64 mg/m3,中位数0.52 mg/m3,差异有统计学意义(F=9.12,P0.05);A组至第3次监测(61 d)室内甲醛降低到国家标准值以下;B组至第7次监测(183 d)甲醛浓度中位数为0.26 mg/m3,仍处于较高水平。[结论]与以酚醛树脂为胶粘剂的人造板材相比,装修时使用脲醛树脂为胶粘剂的人造板材可引起室内甲醛污染水平升高。
