柏拉图权力技艺理论初探

【摘要】：权力是人类生活的永恒话题,人类的整个文明史就包括着权力的发展史。不管在国家管理的宏观层面,还是企业组织的微观领域,权力自始至终都不可回避。因此权力构成了哲学反思的重要内容,并出现了大量的研究成果。柏拉图作为人类历史上最重要的哲学家之一,也对权力进行过多次探讨,这对我们今天不无启示作用。本文从管理哲学的视角,通过对柏拉图的经典著作《理想国》、《政治家》、《法律篇》的深入解读,挖掘与诠释其中的权力理论,以期寻求其中管理哲学的本真。在柏拉图的政治理论中,权力是一种技艺,这种技艺的优劣决定着城邦管理的效果与目的。真正优秀的权力主体,必须拥有正义、勇敢、节制等完备的德性,统治者要拥有相应的知识,只有这样,他才能在具体的城邦管理中具有敏锐的洞察力,进而在具体的管理中实现“公共善”也即正义的理念。这意味着,一个真正优秀的管理者,既需要优秀的德性,也需要理性的知识技艺,也就是我们今天所谓的“德才兼备”,才能真正实现管理的目的。众所周知,柏拉图的整个思想并不完全统一,权力理论也存在着内在的冲突,如真理与意见、集权与民主、德治与法治等。但其更启示我们,在管理中,即使管理者本人德才兼备,在一定的时间内实现了管理的目的,但是由于个人德性的变化,极易导致权力的异化,而制度化可以克服人治的缺陷,这对于今天的管理更为重要。
[Abstract]:Power is the eternal topic of human life, and the whole history of human civilization includes the history of power development. Power is inescapable from beginning to end. Therefore, power constitutes an important part of philosophical reflection, and a large number of research results have appeared. Plato, as one of the most important philosophers in human history, has also discussed power many times. This article, from the perspective of management philosophy, excavates and interprets the theory of power in Plato's classic works, "the Republic", "politicians", "the Law", from the perspective of management philosophy. In Plato's political theory, power is a skill which determines the effect and purpose of city-state management. A truly good subject of power must have justice and bravery. The ruler must possess the corresponding knowledge in the complete virtue of temperance and so on. Only in this way can he have sharp insight in the concrete city-state management, and then realize the idea of "public good" or justice in the concrete management. This means that, A truly good manager needs both good virtue and rational knowledge and skill, which is what we call "virtue and talent" in order to truly achieve the goal of management. The whole thought of Plato is not completely unified, and there are inherent conflicts in power theory, such as truth and opinion, centralization and democracy, rule by virtue and rule by law. In a certain period of time, the goal of management has been realized, but because of the change of personal virtue, power is easily alienated, and institutionalization can overcome the defect of rule by man, which is more important to management today.
