辨明公私:“大公有私论”的哲学省思

【摘要】:"大公有私论"是在中国改革开放、建设社会主义市场经济过程中一直颇为流行的观点。实际上,"大公有私论"是在公私观问题上一种似是而非的调和论调,在貌似合理的外衣背后,掩盖或者偷运假公济私、化公为私等自私利己主义的价值追求。持此论者提出了立论的四大根据,即人性自私论、市场经济论、个人利益论和私即公论。在社会主义市场经济条件下,我们决不能简单粗率地、无前提地坚持大公无私(先公后私、公而忘私),而是需要直面现实、区别对待,差异化地寻找大公无私价值观与各种主体、社会实践的结合点,从而充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的实践功能,最大程度地激发整个社会的正能量,发扬正价值的积极效应。
[Abstract]:"Dagong's Theory of Privacy" has always been a popular view in China's reform and opening up and in the process of building a socialist market economy. In fact, "Dagong's Theory of Privacy" is a specious conciliatory argument on the issue of public and private views. Behind the seemingly reasonable coat, the value pursuit of selfish egoism, such as concealing or smuggling the false public interest, turning the public into private, has been put forward by this theorist, that is, the theory of human nature's selfishness and the theory of market economy. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, we must not simply and rudely insist on being selfless and selfless (first and behind the public and forget the private; instead, we need to face up to the reality and treat it differently. In order to give full play to the practical function of socialist core values, to stimulate the positive energy of the whole society and to develop the positive effect of positive value, we should seek for the combination of selfless values with various subjects and social practices.
