从权利的平等到财产的不平等——对洛克私有财产不平等正当性证明的反思

【摘要】：财产的平等性问题是洛克政治理论中的一个重要问题。洛克从平等的权利出发,通过对财产发展的三个阶段的说明,最终确立了私有财产不平等的正当性。然而,洛克的这一论证受到诸多思想家和学者的批判。一方面,很多学者从其内在逻辑对洛克的论证进行了批判,认为洛克的论证并不坚实,而是存在着裂缝。另一方面,马克思在历史唯物主义视阈下从根本上动摇了洛克论证的理论前提和相关要素,并揭示了其实质。在马克思看来,洛克的政治立场是资本主义社会经济结构的产物,既有其历史局限性,又具有进步意义。
[Abstract]:The equality of property is an important issue in Locke's political theory. From the perspective of equal rights, Locke finally establishes the legitimacy of the inequality of private property by explaining the three stages of property development. Locke's argument has been criticized by many thinkers and scholars. On the one hand, many scholars have criticized Locke's argument from its internal logic, believing that Locke's argument is not solid, but there are cracks. Marx fundamentally shook the theoretical premise and relevant elements of Locke's argument and revealed its essence under the perspective of historical materialism. In Marx's view, Locke's political stand is the product of capitalist social and economic structure. Not only has its historical limitation, but also has the progressive significance.
