[Abstract]:Different from capitalism's theory of natural human rights, Marxism advocates labor human rights. Marxist classical writers stand in the perspective of non-anthropocentrism. Take labor as the ultimate source of rationality and meaning of all existence in society. Labor creates human beings, thus labor is the essence of human beings. Just like the development of human beings, Labor itself is also a process of historical development. The historical development of labor precisely reflects the development of the relationship between man and labor, which marks the historical and developmental nature of human liberation. Then there is the oppression of social dissent and the bondage of blind self-power, which makes people enslaved. With the development of productive forces, Man gradually breaks away from some slavery and turns labor into a process characterized primarily by livelihood relations. When man has eliminated the main servile labour and transcended the labour of earning a living, the realization of decent work and the preparation for free labour, Therefore, the theory of labor human rights regards the relationship between human and labor as a developmental historical relationship. This theory has important theoretical and practical significance and important contribution to human value. Because it clarifies the basic principle of respecting labor, and points out the realistic path to the realization of labor happiness.
